Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an exchange of equal value can be made. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt and product should be in original packaging. Please note, custom orders are non-refundable.

All merchandise will be shipped ground transportation within two weeks of purchase and payment confirmation. Standard ground shipping is 3-5 business days. Shipping fee is non-refundable unless a mistake was made on your order by Jillry. If you need a RUSH on an item, I will be happy to accommodate.
